3:rock was started in 1993 by John O’Reilly in a hay barn on Kellystown road, Dublin, with three rock mountain in the background.
John’s father, Peter, a traditional signwriter himself, provided the workshop space to start. Shortly after the birth of 3:rock, John’s Brothers, Ken and Brendan, joined the business.
By delivering results for customers and investing in people and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, 3:rock now employees over 50 people in a 60,000 sq/ft premises in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The values of being courageous, hard-working, reliable and creative still stand today as the 3:rock team collaborate on new and exciting projects.
We are project managers, craftspeople, designers, and engineers who take pride in our client’s faith in us to produce great solutions on schedule, without fuss.

I have worked with 3 Rock on a number of projects to date during my redevelopment of our store ‘McKeon’s Love Fresh’ Retail Outlet in 2017 and more recently at our newest venture ‘Park Rí’ Kells Destination Stop and Food Court. www.parkri.ie, where 3 Rock designed and production of all of our signage there. Working with 3 Rock is a real pleasure as they have a ‘Can Do attitude’ always, but will not promise something they cannot deliver. Their ability to meet deadlines impresses me always. 3 Rock have the ability to design, manufacture and fit their signage programmed perfectly. 3 Rock offer a solution to problems I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 3:rock designed and produced a bespoke display unit for Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin at T2 Dublin Airport. Working on the concept with 3:rock was seamless, very transparent throughout and all detail discussed and agreed in a fully collaborative way. The display ensures that our brands are showcased in a premium manner each day through Dublin Airport. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin sales at this location increased substantially on the implementation of the new display unit. Overall we are very satisfied with the collaboration with 3:rock and would certainly consider working with them again on future projects.
