Pyloon 20S
The Pyloon 20S profile is a slim aluminium profile for creating small freestanding advertising or information totems.
- Compact yet sturdy profile design with end cap screw details.
- Space for 20 mm thick connecting tubes.
- For non-illuminated and LED-illuminated totems.
Pyloon 20S is a sleek, rounded profile designed for constructing small indoor or outdoor totems or wayfinding signs. Profiles can be connected using a 20x20, 30x20 or 40x20 tube as a cross-connector (riveted or screwed). A top cover cap can be fastened with screws into the integrated screw channels. The panel thickness is 3.0 mm.

The profiles are available from stock in standard lengths of 6100 mm in mill finish or silver anodised versions and can be powder-coated in virtually any RAL colour on request. Also, the profile can be supplied cut to size as an easy-to-assemble kit including cross-connectors.

The Pyloon 50R & 60H are sturdy and robust aluminium profiles for creating medium to large vertical advertising and advertising totems.
- Strong profile design for advertising and wayfinding totems.
- Connecting tubes: 20 mm (Pyloon 50R) and 60 mm (Pyloon 60H).
- Profiles for manufacturing non-illuminated and illuminated totems.
- Pyloon 50R also suitable for oval wall-mounted Led light boxes.
The Pyloon 50R & 60H profiles are aluminium auxiliary profiles specially developed for constructing freestanding advertising totems. The profiles can be connected into a solid frame using welded, screwed or riveted connecting tubes. The maximum panel thickness for the advertising acrylic sheet is 5.0 mm. The concrete foundation for totems must always meet high stability requirements.
Pyloon 50R & 60H are often used for:
- Name and advertising totems in business parks with multiple companies on one site.
- - Site and route signage and orientation totems.
- - Pyloon 50R also as an oval wall-mounted LED light box.
- - An additional cover profile is available for Pyloon 50R (for combination with Ellips and Ringo wayfinding systems).

The Pyloon 80V, 80/1V, 80/2V and 80ST are robust aluminium support profiles for constructing sturdy, high-impact advertising and wayfinding totems. Combined with welded inner frames, they ensure maximum visibility and a sleek look.
- Available rounded or straight, fixed or changeable.
- Illuminated or non-illuminated, with or without contour lighting (LED).
- Inner frames: 80x80x4.0 mm and 60x60x4.0 mm.
- Fixed or changeable panels from 3.0 mm to 6.0 mm.
- Weather-resistant, low-maintenance anodised or powder-coated finish.
The Pyloon 80 series consists of robust aluminium totem profiles specially developed for permanent outdoor advertising. The contemporary design makes these profiles both functional and eye-catching — perfect for company names, logos, and wayfinding that need to stand out.
The Pyloon 80 can reach heights of up to approx. 6 metres, offering ample space for large prints or cut-out letters, with or without integrated lighting. The flat aluminium panels create a clean look, while the rounded side profiles add a subtle, modern touch.
Panels can be installed horizontally or vertically and can be fitted with:

The Pyloon 80 is made of durable and weather-resistant mill finish or silver anodised aluminium.. Powder coating in RAL colours and additional customisation, such as cut-outs or CNC milling, are available on request.
3:rock supplies the system as a easy-to-assemble kit, including clear assembly instructions and optional mounting materials. The totem can be mounted directly onto a concrete foundation or steel base plate.
